How to Play Pixi Kingdom: Beginner's Guide

Pixi Kingdom is a free creature-collecting and land-building game that runs inside Telegram. You breed one-of-a-kind Pixis, send them on missions, run workshops on your land, and compete in a daily merge tournament and weekly leagues. There is nothing to download and no wallet to set up, and the whole game is available in English, Persian and Russian. This beginner's guide walks you through your first day, step by step, so you know what to tap first and which daily habits help most. If you have never played a game inside Telegram before, don't worry: if you can send a message, you can play.

How to open Pixi Kingdom in Telegram

Tap any Play button on this site. Telegram opens our official bot, @pixieland_io_bot, and the game starts as a Mini App inside Telegram. It works the same on Android, iPhone, iPad, Telegram Desktop and Telegram Web. Your Telegram account is your login, so there is no sign-up form, no password and no wallet. The bot still carries the game's former name, PixieLand, and that is expected: it is the official one. Once you are in, open Settings from your avatar at the top of the screen to choose your in-game name and switch the language if you need to.

Hatch your welcome pair

The first thing you see is a welcome screen with two eggs. Tap them and they hatch into your first two Pixis: both Common, one male and one female. Because they are a pair, you can breed them straight away. Next, tap Go to my land, and the Welcome Pack opens with some Maple and Wood to get you started. Claim it. Maple is the main in-game currency, which you spend on breeding, upgrades and the marketplace. Wood is the resource your workshops run on. Take a moment to look at your two new Pixis: their genes already decide their looks and traits.

Get to know your land

After the welcome screens, your land map becomes your home screen. Every other screen opens from here, and the back button always brings you back. Pixi Castle is where your Pixis live. Mission sends them out to gather Wood. Inventory holds your Cupcake Cup board. You will also find the Marketplace, Challenges, your warehouse and your workshops on the map. Move around to explore it. Watch for red badges: they show that something is ready, such as a mission to collect, an egg to hatch or new items waiting for your board. Checking the badges is the fastest way to see what needs you.

Send your first mission

Open Mission and send one of your Pixis. Your very first mission takes only a few seconds, so you can see the whole loop right away. Normal missions take a few hours. When a mission is done, collect it. The Wood goes into your warehouse, and with some luck your Pixi also brings back a Key. Keep your Keys: you spend them in the Key Store on chests, boosters and special Pixis. Rarer and higher-level Pixis bring back more Wood and have a better chance of finding a Key, which is one more reason to keep improving your collection.

Breed your first egg

Now open one of your Pixis and choose to breed. You pay the breeding fee in Maple first, then pick a partner of the opposite gender. Your starter pair is perfect for this. An egg appears right away. It hatches for free after a few hours, or instantly if you spend Stars, the game's premium currency. Nobody knows what is inside until it hatches: the baby has its own gene, so it can take after its parents or surprise you. Your Pixi Home slots

Your first four Pixis are your playable team, and those four slots are free. Eggs count too. Any Pixis beyond your slots wait, locked, in Pixi Home until you unlock more slots with Stars, one at a time and in order. Slots you unlock stay yours for good. Because of this, it helps to think about which Pixis you want in your team: the rarest, the highest level, or the ones with the most useful traits. Merging two Pixis into one, or selling Uncommon and rarer Pixis on the marketplace, also changes who is in your team.

Daily habits for steady progress

A few minutes a day go a long way. Spin the free Wheel of Fortune once a day. Claim your daily login reward: it grows each day you come back in a row, up to day 7. Fill your Cupcake Cup orders for vouchers before the day closes at 00:00 UTC. Collect finished missions and send your Pixis out again, then collect what your workshops have made and check that they still have Wood to burn. These small routines keep your land moving, raise your squad power and add points to your weekly PowerUp score.
