This notice covers this website only. The Pixi Kingdom game inside Telegram, and Telegram itself, have their own terms and privacy policies.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use this information only to reply to you and handle your request. It is sent by email to pr@pixikingdom.com, kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
Server logs
Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time of the request. We use these logs for security and to keep the website running. They are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
No cookies or tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics and no advertising pixels. We do not track you across websites.
Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers that host this website, on servers in the European Union, and with our email provider, which delivers the messages sent through the contact form, or where the law requires it.

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by writing to pr@pixikingdom.com. Depending on where you live, for example in Canada under PIPEDA or in the EU or UK under the GDPR, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
