The Cupcake Cup now has leagues

The Cupcake Cup, our daily merge tournament, is now played in leagues. It uses the same four leagues as the weekly PowerUp: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Instead of one big leaderboard, every league has its own daily ranking and its own prize table, and the top 10 players of each league are rewarded every day.

Your league for the day is set by your squad power at the moment you collect your first vouchers. Squad power comes from the rarity and level of your playable Pixis plus your building and warehouse levels. From then on, your league stays fixed until the day closes at 00:00 UTC, so you always know who you are competing with.

Orders now match your league too. Every day they start at level 3 and grow as the day goes on, and higher leagues ask for bigger cupcakes. That means you reach your milestones in fewer orders, not with less work: a bigger cupcake takes more merging.

One thing has not changed: your board is never reset. Your tiles, your unlocked cells and everything you have merged stay with you from day to day; only the orders and the tournament start again. For the full picture, read our Cupcake Cup guide.
